   Now, lets analyse 'English' as basic vowel and consonant sounds that will make our life easy.

English Vowels : a, e, i, o, u

There are 'short' and 'long' vowels in telugu. Now, let us rewrite the vowel with both 'short' and 'long' versions. To differentiate between the 'short' and 'long' versions of vowels the vowel is shown as 'caps' so that a caps depicts 'long' version.
